Apartment 8 Las Rias is a fabulous new renovation. The best of everything.
Our recent renovation gives consideration to older guests. We have non slip tiles throughout, raised bench heights and even raised toilets.
Our apartment has simple access.

Overlooking the Noosa River and in a quiet and peaceful Culdesac 15 minutes easy walk to Hastings St.

The complex has a lovely pool and sauna for communal use.

Very close to some of the regions best restaurants and a convenience store and bottle shop near by.

We have just completed a full renovation at Apartment 8 Las Rias. The renovation was carried out by the local builders and interior designers Licester Joinery.

Consideration has been given to older guests with special features. We have increased the height of the bench tops, removed hobs from the showers, installed the best quality non slip tiles in all wet area and even installed toilets that are higher than standard. Even the washer and dryer are raised from the floor to avoid bending when used.

The beach is back and so much better than ever.

We are so happy with the finished result.

Did I mention the views from our front deck and the amazing sunsets?

Looking for a perfect School holiday destination? Or a non school holiday stay? Our Unit 8 at Las Rias resort is a perfect destination.

We are perfectly located in a quiet Cul De Sac with only the beautiful Nossa river at our front door. In fact from our kitchen and lounge all you can see is river.

Our unit is very comfortable and has 3 bedrooms with a King bed in the Master. Access to our unit is flat so it is easy for older people to get to as well.

Our front deck almost overhangs the river and also has outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas bbq.

The weather is beautiful now, the sunsets are to die for. Take this opportunity now.

Some of Noosa best restaurant dining is in the same street and many more options are just a stroll away in Gympie Terrace.

It’s such a busy time in Noosa. It’s wonderful to see so many people. Sitting in Las Rias Apartment 8 Noosa that directly overlooks the Noosa River is just the absolute best place to be enjoying a nice glass of local wine and a beautiful steak fresh off the deck BBQ.
This place is heaven.

What a busy School holiday period we had. We are getting increased inquiry for Spring and Summer stays. We do still have some premium dates available. Our Managers Niche Holidays Noosa will be only too happy to discuss a choice holiday stay with you at our Apartment.

Remembering our unit is directly on the river and has amazing views. We also so close to restaurant and all the wonderful things that Gympie Terrace Noosaville has to offer. Not to mention the amazing sunsets from our balcony.
