The larger white bird of paradise flower,ing at present at Alaya Verde. Scientifically known as *Strelitzia nicolai*, is a striking plant that can grow up to 30 feet tall. It features large, paddle-like leaves that can exceed 6 feet in length. The flowers emerge from a banana-like structure, displaying elegant white petals with blue accents that resemble a bird in flight. This species typically blooms throughout the year in favorable climates, producing inflorescences in clusters.
