All apartments have a balcony or patio with an outdoor setting and a sun lounge. Apartments include flat screen TVs, DVD player and Foxtel. Free Wireless Internet allowance daily. Lift access from secure garage parking to all floors. Heated pool and BBQ area located in our private tropical gardens for guest use. Only a short 200 meter walk to the patrolled beach and Surf Club. Walk to Noosa National Park. 5 minute drive to Noosa's Hastings Street or take the bus. 5 local golf courses, the Noosa Sports Complex with Aquatic Center and Tennis Club are only minutes away, Sunrise, Marcus, and Peregian Beachs are all close by. Hello Sunshine Vista fans,

On the Eve of 2025, I would like to take the opportunity (finally) to introduce ourselves as the new Residence Management team - Christina, Vladimir and the 6 year-old Samuel.

Update for Sunshine Vista fans, Phillipa and I are finally retiring. Having been the longest serving managers at Sunshine Vista, now it's time to be the guests rather than look after them.

It's a bittersweet moment to be sure. In the last 10 years we have enjoyed the friendship of so many of our loyal guests and owners, you will be missed. Hopefully we will see you here in beautiful Sunshine Beach!
