What an inspiring time to host these International Triathletes who chose to base themselves at while in training for this year’s Olympics. Tamas & Mark from Hungary 🇭🇺 Bob & Bob’s amazing mum Viviane became like part of our family. When life gets crazy 😝 one thing I am so blessed to be able to do is RUN 🏃‍♀️ Noosa and we did...a fabulous 4.50am start in Noosa this morning for an amazing 21kms. So lucky to have our Noosa Bubble in times like this, plenty of wide open spaces to run 🏃‍♀️ surf 🏄‍♀️ and be healthy, in times like these people need to know Noosa is still a slice of heaven. I am even more lucky to have my amazing Run Babes with this crazy 😝 girl just like me luv you Court’s thanks 🙏 for the laughs & chatter. No Coffee ☕️ needed just Toe Taps 🌎

Such an awesome day at The ITU World Championships yesterday in Mooloolaba supporting 3 amazing athletes who are currently staying with us . These guys are just amazing and they are just like part of our family. Dexy & I showed them how loud & proud we were with our Noosa Support Crew Craziness. You were all fabulous and such an inspiration. I just love how Dexy gets to have these experiences. Thanks 🙏 Tamas Mark our Hungarian Athletes & Bob our Luxembourg Athlete and let’s not forget Bob’s amazing mum Viviane and the wonderful hostess with the mostess Court We Loved It.
