We have a fabulous new driveway & carparks. Thank you so very much to our wonderful landlord Club North Haven. The board has been so supportive of our business. Special thanks to deputy chairman Kel Coulter for managing the project and getting it done.
Now guests, enjoy the smooth drive, but Please DRIVE SLOWLY.. it is a driveway shared by pedestrians including other guests, our staff & us. ❤️

With great sadness we have to advise our weeping gum has to go. 😢We have had 4 different arborist look at the tree. Lots of things wrong and for safety of guests, the motel, people walking past it has to go. This tree will be very much missed. I guess it will be interesting how the removal changes the look of the place.

So lucky that the Camden Haven River only had minor flooding. The sun has peaked out this morning and we are very hopeful the rain has stopped. Take care everyone 💕

4 years ago today Richard and Sandy took over the leasehold for Haven Waters Motel & Apartments. Wow.. time flies. We have been through so much and done so much.
Landing right into the thick of it with the community trying to recover after the March 2021 flood. The motel was full for the first 3 months.
A Covid lockdown.
Replacing the beds & TV's in 2022
Richard developing an massive abscess between his stomach and spine and ending up in a Brisbane hospital and away from the motel for nearly 6 weeks. Thanks so much to my brother for helping me during that time.
Replacing the lounges & sofas in 2023/2024.
Bathrooms in motel rooms renovated 2024.
Apartments painted 2024.
Making great friends with locals and regular guests.
Being our first motel we have learned a lot too!
98% of guest are lovely... we won't discuss the 2%!
We so much appreciate the wonderful support we get from our landlord North Haven Bowling Club and our fantastic staff past and present - Christie, Lauren, Lucy, Rhonda. They work so hard.
And we look forward to making many more wonderful memories!
