Always register at office before proceeding into the park (State Law Requirements). Fees are payable in advance, and are not refundable.
2. For extra vehicles please contact manager for extra fees to be charged.
3. SPEED LIMIT. 10 KPH at all times within the park. All roads are SHARED by walkers, bikes & cars.
4. VISITORS. Residents are responsible for their visitors’ fees and behaviour and
to ensure that their guests park their cars in the Visitors Car Park provided. Visitors are to be booked in at the office on their arrival and are not entitled to use amenities until this has been done.
5. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES. Arrivals after 2pm. Departures by 10am unless otherwise arranged with park management. FEES WILL APPLY.
6. GENERAL BEHAVIOUR. Respect and consider your neighbours at all times. Rowdy behaviour and offensive language will not be tolerated. Your neighbours should not be able to hear activities after 10pm, and prior to 7am.
7. BICYCLES. A helmet must be worn at all times when riding in the park grounds.
8. PETS. All pet owners are to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet(s) whilst within the confines of the park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the pets activities.
9 BOOKINGS.
• All bookings to be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking otherwise the booking will lapse after 7 days;
• 30% deposit is required to be paid when rebooking your site or Cabin for the same period, prior to departing Dec/ Jan Holidays.
• Deposits can be paid via phone using Mastercard or Visa or by Cheque;
• The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on arrival. Sorry no refunds if you shorten your stay;
• Check in: 2.00pm – 7.00pm. Check out: NO later than 10.00am, FEE WILL APPLY For late check out.
• Cleaning fee can be charged if the accommodation is not left in a reasonable condition;
• No refunds for cancellations for Christmas school holidays and Easter. Cancellations received in writing for other periods at least 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
• Covid Cancellations. We will transfer your booking deposit to a later date, within a 12 month period. No refunds will be given. Please note, Covid cancellations do not apply during Christmas school holidays and Easter.
• The management reserves the right to relocate or change the site, van or cottage number if necessary after booking. IGNORANCE OF THESE RULES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS AN EXCUSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
