Today, Sunday the 12th, marks our final day of trading at Mingling Waters Bar & Bistro.
With the rising costs of fuel, stock, and everything else in between, we’ve had to make the call to close our doors.
To our locals, the familiar faces who turned this place into more than just a pub thank you! Your support, your chats at the bar have meant everything to us.
To the travellers passing through, the campers, the families, the groups of mates stopping in for a feed or a cold one, thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. Whether it was a quick drink, a long lunch, a night of live music or just a stop along the way, we’re so grateful you came through the doors, all the little moments in between that made it what it was.
We apologise for the incredibly short notice but grateful for the time we’ve had, the memories and community that’s been built here.
If you’ve ever thought about popping in for “one more”, today’s the day. We’d love to see some familiar faces.
