A popular bushwalk in Orange is the 4km Federal Falls loop on Gaana Bula-Mount Canobolas. On a recent hike with friends, there was only a trickle of a waterfall, but we were very excited to discover a beautiful mossy cave, which would otherwise have been hidden behind a bigger downpour - what a silver lining!
