❗️ There is no pre-entry.
➡️ The forms for download are provided for you to download and pre-complete them but the original documents must be brought to the Tournament Office at Reflections Holiday Parks Grabine Lakeside during Tournament Hours, with your cash, for your entry to be valid.
🔖 When the form and cash/payment is handed over, you will be given your entry number/tag and be free to fish to your hearts content.
🔏 It is important, for your entry to be valid, that the form is signed, and marked if it is an "Adult" or "Junior" Entry.
⛺️ If you are camping away from the park, you are able to send your entry form and cash/card with someone from your camp. There is no need for all entrants from your camp to attend the Tournament Office. We will initial each entry number/tag so when they return to camp, you will all know whose tag is whose.
🥳 Remember your entry is your entry into the comp, AND the major prize - THE BOAT!
🫣 You do not have to have caught a fish over the weekend to be eligible to win the boat.
🛥 The Boat Draw and the Fishing Comp run side-by side. We have Fishing Category prizes, with the boat being the major draw prize, drawn on Sunday around lunch time, and YOU MUST BE AT THE DRAW TO WIN IT but do not have to have caught a fish!
🎣 Native Fishing Category Entries must have a clear photo of the fish on your brag mat WITH your entry tag and the measurements of the mat AND MUST THEN BE FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY WITH A VIDEO OF THE RELEASE OF THE FISH. If you don't have the video of the release, no matter how big of a monster you claim to have caught, your entry can't be counted.
🐟 Carp Category Entries please read below:
➡️ Longest Carp (Snr/Jnr) Entries - must have a clear photo of the fish on your brag mat WITH your entry tag and the measurements of the mat. We do not want to see you release the fish back into the dam for obvious reasons - please dispose of the carp accordingly!
➡️ Biggest Bag of Carp (Open) Entries - we are happy for these to be lined up in a photo that we can easily & clearly count, or you can progressively enter your individual photos over the weekend and we will collate BUT WE DO NOT WANT/NEED you to bring your "bag" of carp to the Tournament Office - photos are sufficient, and no-one, particularly those on the morning of the final day, need to be smelling carp at the presentations.
