Attention Parkes community and surrounds, friends, family and colleagues of our beloved Bernie Peri.

A funeral service will he held on WEDNESDAY 27th of November in the upstairs auditorium of The Parkes Leagues Club at 10AM.

We invite the community to come along and pay their respects to Bernie and his extended family at this very difficult time, and farewell Bernie from a community he loved so very much before he embarks on his journey back home to New Zealand.

Meet Claude "The Mowerman" Harvey! Many of you may have met Claude today while he was fund-raising in the Woolworths Parkes complex on behalf of the child protection organisation Bravehearts.

For many years, Claude and his mower have been all around Australia raising an extraordinary 1.8 Million dollars for this amazing organisation!!

If you see him around tomorrow, please be sure to stop and have a chat and donate to this wonderful cause.

Krista from Court Street motel, along with Jed from the Broadway Hotel were more than happy to contribute to Claude's amazing journey by donating accommodation and meals to this wonderful man.

Claude will be at the Broadway Hotel tonight doing some fund-raising and enjoying his meal, so be sure to pop in and say G'day 😊🥰
