You only pay for the bedrooms you need.

Our accommodation is priced according to the number of bedrooms required for your stay, rather than automatically charging you for the full capacity of the property.

So if it’s just the two of you, you’re not paying extra for rooms you won’t use. If more people are joining, simply book the number of bedrooms your group needs.

Same waterfront location. Same private jetty. Same space to settle in and enjoy your stay. Just pricing that makes a lot more sense.
