Moso House has quickly become its own sub category in the short term rental space.
It doesn’t really compare to anything else so I thought it would be a good time to highlight a few of these unique qualities.
1. Moso House was always designed with the idea of how we want our guests to feel the moment they walk in and also how much better we want them to feel when they leave. This energy is hard to explain, but you’ll get it when you stay.
2. Secondly we don’t ever do a same-day changeover. We always allow at least one day to turnover so it is triple checked and nothing is rushed - ensuring the Energy is protected. It also means that we can allow our guest to stay late and arrive early. We are never rushing them out at 10 o’clock in the morning or making them wait till late in the afternoon to be able to check-in.
3. A lot of the special inclusions we offer are not promoted or in our listing. We want these to surprise and delight you when you arrive and as you make your way around the house.
4. Booking ahead for Moso is really important. Our lead time currently is sitting around 60 days so if you are looking for a weekend we highly recommend booking that in at least 2 to 3 months before and don’t worry we have a very flexible cancellation policy.
5. We are also a favourite for photo shoots and we do offer local businesses day rates to be able to shoot their product brand or content so reach out to us or DM if you would like to do this mid week.
