We are also serving a variety of delicious pancakes and our signature Belarusian Breakfast is still on the menu. 🍰🥞🍳

Real Russian Honey Cake ‘медовик’ is now on the menu…

Russian Honey Cakes ‘медовик’ are now on our Banya snacks menu 🐝 We make this delicious cake in-house using an old Russian recipe, just like Babushka used to make! 🥰

Like everything on our menu, only natural whole ingredients are used. We put real butter, cream and local honey harvested in Pemberton in our Honey Cakes. We do not use commercial ingredients which are heavily processed, no industrial raising agents, additives, emulsifiers etc. We make only true wholesome cakes that are tasty and nourishing. 🍯

Vëska Bistro opening hours this week - Friday 26th & Saturday 27th June 9:30am to 2pm.

‘Draniki’ are traditional Belarusian potato pancakes, lightly panfried to crispy golden perfection! But you don’t have to go all the way to Belarus to enjoy, Vêska Bistro brings this cuisine to you in Pemberton WA.

We use local farm grown Pemberton potatoes, they are so creamy & delicious. 😋

Come enjoy ancestral village cuisine and method of cooking from Belarus at Vëska Bistro. We are set by a peaceful lake and nature surroundings. Our Bistro is open on Friday and Saturday this week from 9:30am - 2pm.
