Today Chef Diego and daughter Hailie, loved visiting our local potato producer and supplier to our hotel, Peter! They took a behind-the-scenes look at the farm production shed where potatoes for our homemade mash are prepared.
We’re so lucky to have Peter delivering his spuds to us every week. The dedication that goes into producing the potatoes that become our creamy, delicious mash potato makes us appreciate our local farming community even more.
A big thank you to Peter for the warm welcome and for supplying the fresh potatoes that help make our meals so special. 🥔👨‍🌾
