Penguin Seaside Motel has just accepted its final guest! Thankyou so much for the support over the last 2.5 years especially to our incredible staff :)

Our Easter School Holiday program is now live!

Featuring:
* Science and Art Workshops
* Extra planetarium sessions (Mon - Sat 11am and 2pm) including the addition of a new show to the program called “From Earth to the Universe”.
* New exhibits in the Science Centre
* FREE public viewing event for the partial Solar-Eclipse on Thursday 20th of April (weather permitting).

Please note: HIVE will be closed on GOOD FRIDAY and the morning of ANZAC Day but open all other days over the Easter holidays for our regular opening hours of 10am – 4pm.

School holidays are always a busy time at HIVE so book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.

The first of the bins was installed in the Tasmanian town of Penguin in 1980, and now locals hope 12 of them, as well as the town's Big Penguin sculpture, will make it onto the heritage register.
