This well appointed home is just a short walk from the beach. Or beachcomb along Tasmania’s rugged coastline and at low tide and explore the rockpools. Penguins seaside village is a quick walk or short drive to visit the famous penguin bakery, supermarket, Seasons by the Sea restaurant, Penguin beer co and many coffee shops and other great locations.
Welcome to our relaxing home. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, Penguin beachfront retreat ensures a truly memorable stay when visiting Penguin and its surrounding areas.

Light Filled modern retreat. Comfortable living space and 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Bbq and undercover outdoor patio. Beautiful garden and ever changing ocean views.
Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms with a King bed in the main and Queen beds in other bedrooms.

Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to make a lovely meal or cocktail. Featuring coffee machine.
Dining/Living Room with comfortable furnishings - dining table with seating for 6 and seaside decor featuring a smart TV.
The modern Bathroom features a bathtub and rain shower head, a fully equipped Laundry featuring washing machine & clothes dryer. Also featured if needed port-a-cot, high chair and children’s toys and games
Outdoor Areas
There is an outdoor back deck and Gas BBQ, and outdoor setting. Overlooks the fully enclosed rear gardens and yard area that is perfect for children and pets. Ample parking in the garage and driveway.
Garage features a 15amp Tesla ev charger with Type 2 plug.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, cocktail tools, toaster, kettle, etc, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top, children’s dinnerware.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wood fire and wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area, and ventilation system to other rooms. Plus the ventilation transfers heat from the roof space during the day.

This home has 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests:
Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Please note: there is also a port-a-cot available for use.
Linen
All Linen and towels are included, but please bring your own beach towels.
Please note the cleaning Fee includes all cleaning of the linen after you stay at a commercial laundry.
