hitect designed studio retreat, best suited to couples or a small family. Comfortable living space, full kitchen and large outdoor deck let you make the most of the secluded bush and beach location. The Beach House sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. Again, no other houses are in sight and you are just metres down to Browns Beach. Kangaroo Island has plenty of things to keep the adrenaline ju**ie occupied as well as the peace, tranquility and unhurried way of life to suit those seeking a break from hectic modern life.

Just a short drive from the ferry at Penneshaw or the airport at Kingscote, our secluded stay is tucked close to Brown’s Beach, accessed via a quiet track off Hog Bay Road 🏡🌿
The main roads are sealed, but take it slow once you turn off, this is where the island truly begins to unfold.
Detailed directions are shared with your booking… all that’s left is to arrive and unwind 🌊✨
