As the global & domestic travel industry emerges from its COVID induced hiatus there is an expanding group of travellers who want to stay in curated properties away from the crowds and live local. Our goal is to help you tap into this demand for diverse accommodation by managing the end to end experience for both guest and owner with the attention to detail and deft touch only an experienced hotelier can deliver. How is Nomad different? Unlike many of the established short-stay accommodation management companies in the market, Nomad was established by hoteliers, not real estate agents. Our goal is to collaborate with property owners to deliver a top-tier hotel-style experience to travellers. As hoteliers we are experienced in delivering accommodation and managing revenue yield on a night by night basis, we have experience in managing price and controlling costs specific to short-stay accommodation, not long term leasing like a real estate agent. For your guests, having their stay curated by a hotelier means they have all the experiences that make a hotel stay special, personal recommendations from our dedicated team, handwritten welcome notes, quality linens, luxury toiletries and round the clock guest support. We focus on the things that really matter to every guest. This all translates to higher ratings, better reviews, more bookings and ultimately higher nightly rates - meaning more money in your pocket. Sounds great but how does Nomad work? The majority of costs for operating your space as a micro-hotel are paid by the guest - cleaning, amenities and booking fees are all factored into the nightly rate paid by the guest. We then deduct a fixed commission from the booking before passing the profit on to you - this means if you're not making money neither are we. If your space needs some TLC or attention to jazzy it up before the first guest arrives we can even take care of this for you and deduct the cost as a small charge from subsequent payments.
