All set for a big 2023 post lockdowns (despite us still practising our COVID safe measures!). In keeping with our continuous improvement strategy we've made some significant investments in the business process as well as guest experience!

All going well at Pronto as we gear up for the summer season - great time to secure bookings for short-stay while we still have availability and cheaper rates. Great news the landscaping at the front of Pronto is finished and looking fab! Australiana plantings and really stylish bed structures in keeping with contemporary feel of the apartments! A big tick to Michael and his wife Vicki who signed off on the design for which we are getting overwhelming positive feedback!

Hi from Ben (The Resident Manager)
All going well at Pronto and we can't wait to start welcoming more travelers now COVID is settling and vaccinations are up! We are looking forward to our garden upgrade starting next week with more grass trees and other Australiana going in at the front - you can tell I'm anticipating more tourists from overseas who will appreciate our unique flora....but it may be wishful thinking still. All systems go at Pronto with some domestic travel allowed we are open for COVID-safe business - award-winning, accredited clean & safe fully-equipped apartments for short-stay at great rates. We practice CONTACTLESS check-in and COVID-safe procedures such as disinfecting the building each day with a fancy COVID-killer we got hold of (ViroCLEAR as featured on Sunrise "kills in 10 seconds"). ISOLATION SERVICES SUCCESS CONTINUES!!
The hard borders remain for the foreseeable but you can still travel to Perth doing 14-days Isolation on arrival at an approved provider. At Pronto, we are now old hands at providing Isolation Services to frontline workers, FIFO workers or those relocating to Perth and have had no problems and very positive feedback from guests and their employers (much better than a hotel). We have implemented many COVID-19 safe practices and procedures overseen by accredited Hygiene Officers and keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations and guidelines including investing in the most state of the art cleaning products that defeat the coronavirus.

We offer: contactless booking/payment/check-in; self-contained apartments with balcony or courtyard; independent aircon (no ducted with shared air); regular disinfection of common areas and laundry; as well as a dedicated onsite manager to make your Isolation bearable (Ben collects your rubbish, delivers clean sheets and towels at half way and is always available to assist or for a long distance chat!). We even provide a hygiene pack (N95 mask, gloves, hand sanitizer), hand-washing tubs & clothes horse (or laundry service) and an exercise bike (we even pick you some fresh lemons from our amazing trees)!

FULL BLOOM AT PRONTO!
Spring has well and truly sprung in leafy Tuart Hill and Pronto Apartments is looking lovely - the gardens are in bloom as well as the fruit trees heaving with fresh lemons, oranges etc. Guests help themselves to free fruit and herbs as well as sitting in the lovely alFresco area with its free BBQ or just catching some sun and reading in the great garden vibe (the free WiFi even reaches the garden areas). What better time to come visit the amazing Perth and there is no better base than Pronto!!

Pronto adds additional cameras to our fantastic Unifi fibre free WiFi and camera system for our guests security and convenience! Having our own dedicated fibre-to-the-premises was well worth the investment as all guests can use the Smart-TV we provide for Netflix and YouTube as well as the Free Guest WiFi we provide and there's ample bandwidth which has allowed us to install and now expand a great camera system too! Integrating all Unifi products was another great decision and thanks to Res-Q IT and Tim for their sterling installation job.

Pronto is offering Isolation Services for just $840 for the 14 days: includes a Hygiene Pack on arrival (N95 Mask, gloves, sanitizer); fresh linen/towels at half-way; trained staff to assist with rubbish etc on-call & deep-cleaning by trained staff in appropriate PPE etc. Far more comfortable than a Hotel we provide a full apartment with balcony or courtyard!
