Statewide Staging Systems is a leading supplier to the West Australian events industry, delivering orbit domes, ground support systems, staging and scaffolding for over 30 years.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help shape the future growth of the business.

What you'll be doing:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of jobs end-to-end — from client relationships and quoting through to on-site delivery, staff coordination and rostering, stock control, and WHS compliance.
You'll be the kind of person who spots a logistics problem before it becomes one, and knows how to keep a team and a client happy at the same time.
You'll thrive here if you have experience in:
Events, staging, rigging or scaffolding operations
Client-facing account management
CAD Software
Staff Rostering
Leading casual crews both on-site and in a warehouse environment
Working with job management software (we use Current and Zoho CRM)
