andscaped with West Australian native plants and terraced with "many granite rocks". Placed within the beautiful garden are quirky pieces of garden art, complimented with breathtaking views over Perth City and Perth Airport. You can watch the planes landing and taking off without the noise as well as enjoying the busy honey eater birds feeding from the several varieties of grevilleas in the foreground of this lovely garden in this surpurbPerth location. In the early evening, after observing the crazy galah parrots eating seeds from their hanging feeders in our backyard, guests can enjoy a coffee or wine on the balcony while watching Perth’s beautiful sunsets and then the “City of Lights” come alive. The Rottnest Island lighthouse beacon is clearly visible and on occasions, firework displays adds to the spectacular show. So………..drive on up, we have plenty of off street parking! Accommodation: 2 queen size beds (The Bottlebrush Room and the Wattle Room) and 1 king size bed (Lechenaultia Room.) All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, crisp fresh white 1500tc cotton linen, cosy duvets and electric blankets for those cooler nights. There are 2 pure cotton robes in each room for your comfort and convenience. Complimentary chocolates and sweets are placed in each room as a special welcoming treat. Each room has its own reverse cycle air conditioner and heated freestanding towel rail. For our guest’s security and safety, all rooms have their own internal and external individual lockable doors. Two bathrooms and separate toilet/powder room with hair shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. Smoke detectors are fitted throughout the home and in the unlikely event of an emergency fire extinguishers are easily accessed. The first bathroom has a separate shower and next to the main bathroom is the toilet/powder room. The second bathroom is just up the stairs. The bathrooms and powder/toilet rooms all include complimentary shampoos, conditioners and soap, hair dryers and luxurious pure cotton toweling. Tibooburra also offers a well equipped kitchenette/lounge with wall mounted LCD TV, dining table and 6 chairs, settee with cushions, bar fridge, ample bench room with cupboards and drawers containing crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is also a bench top oven for heating takeaway meals for guests who prefer to stay in. A jar of homemade cookies as a special treat to have with your tea or coffee is also provided. Iron and ironing board is available and also access to upstairs laundry and outdoor drying court on request. You may watch the evening news on big screen LCD TV or play DVD's or listen to music in our comfortable lounge at the top of the stairs or take advantage of the sheltered paved area outside your room, sit back into one of the comfy outdoor chairs, relax and enjoy the garden and the beautiful views while sipping on a glass or two of our complimentary Tawny Port! Or if you would like some company, come upstairs and chat with us, Peter and I just love meeting new people and hearing interesting stories over a glass of wine. We live upstairs which means we are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about Kalamunda and Perth in general to help make your stay with us a pleasant and a memorable one. Tibooburra is not suitable for children under 5 years oil and has a strict no smoking policy inside or outside.

MENU AND TARIFF Available all the time in Guest's Downstairs kitchenette: Milks, filtered water, selection of teas, coffee bags, plunger coffee and homemade biscuits.. Upstairs Dining Buffet and cooked breakfast menu: Fresh orange and apple juice, selection of cereals, teas and coffee, homemade sugar free Greek yoghurt, fresh home baked multi grain bread, home made marmalade and jams. Seasonal fruit salad. Organic Posh Porridge: Organic sultanas with home made sugar free Greek yoghurt or cream. Bircher Muesli with activated nuts: Walnuts, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, crushed chia and linseeds with home made Greek yoghurt. (Very healthy!) All eggs are free range and locally sourced, (poached, scrambled or fried.) Soldiers: 2 boiled eggs and toast. Pancakes: Choice of berry coulis, banana caramel, or Canadian maple syrup toppings. Big Burra Breakfast: Bacon (Australian farmed) 2 eggs, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans, organic wilted silverbeet from home garden. Tiboo Vegetarian Breakfast: 2 eggs, wilted spinach, hash browns, tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, asparagus and broccolini and wilted silverbeet (from our own organic vege garden. Eggs Benedict: 2 soft poached eggs, Tasmanian salmon, organic home grown silverbeet on an oven toasted croissant topped with hollandaise sauce and garnished with edible flowers. Eggs Royale: 2 soft poached eggs, bacon, organic home grown silverbeet on an oven toasted croissant drizzled with hollandaise sauce and garnished with edible flowers. Our kitchen/dining area is open plan. You can help yourself to organic plunger coffee and a comprehensive selection of teas, dry cereal, Bron’s special homemade muesli (see ingredients above) fruit salad, Nudie fruit juices, home made yoghurt, home made toast and marmalade etc. You may sit inside at the main table or eat outside on our large balcony taking in the views at the same time, while Bronwen prepares your cooked breakfast. $160.00 per couple per room $130.00single
