Eighteen expressions, one varietal.
Returning for its third instalment, the International Pinot Noir Tasting invites guests into an afternoon devoted to the beguiling beauty of Pinot Noir — a varietal revered for its complexity, delicacy and ability to speak so clearly of place.
Hosted within the grandeur of Postal Hall, the program journeys through 18 wines from some of the world’s most storied regions, each blind tasted and unpacked by respected industry voices: Phillip Rich, Erin Larkin and Julian Grounds.
From dominant aromatics to layered flavour profiles, each pour offers a deeper understanding of one of wine’s most elusive grapes — before the afternoon continues with a long table lunch, paired with classic and creative dishes designed to complement the nuance of every glass.
