The fabulous West Wing is self-contained with disabled access and consists of two bedrooms, both with en suites and a lovely lounge room complete with a quality queen sofa bed. The Pool Suite is an oversized bedroom/family suite and is accessed through the bean bag cinema room. It consists of a king bed which can be split into 2 king single beds and a day bed which converts to an oversized queen bed. The Summer House stands alone and is located peacefully away from the main house. It can be both a private escape from the main house, as well as being a cosy romantic space with a spa bath, lounge and kitchenette. This magnificent property has everything a large group of family, friends or colleagues could wish for with a stunning open plan living and dining area, an oversized semi commercial kitchen suitable for large groups or event catering and a separate lounge room with fireplace. The minimum nightly weekend rate for up to 26 guests (adults or children) in the 12 bedroom configuration is $4200 per night (2 night minimum). Extra adult guests are charged at $100 per person per night. Children 13 and under are charged at $60 per child per night. Infants under 2 are free. MIDWEEK BOOKINGS and LONGER STAYS - Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over. NOTES - One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge. Weekend Public Holiday bookings must be a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate. Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
