It's taken some time, but we are now gaining recognition and the true potential of the Hunter Valley Airpark and its positive contribution to Aviation and the Huinter Valley region, is being realised. A great article in todays Newcastle Herald by Matthew Kelly.

Welcome to the official page for the Hunter Valley Airpark (HVA).
For some 2 years we have been working with Cessnock City Council seeking to establish the creation of a world class residential aviation airpark and tourism/entertainment precinct. HVA will be built on land adjoining the western side of the recently upgraded Cessnock Airport, at the gateway to the esteemed Hunter Valley Wine Region.
The best analogy... What the Vintage and Cypress Lakes are to Golfers, HVA is to Aviators! The ability for likeminded individuals to live and socialise together and share their passion for aviation, in a purpose built resort environment.
This facility will also add and complement the range of accommodation options already on offer in the Hunter Region, including what is believed to be the first Fly-In accommodation hotel, where guests can literally taxi their aircraft to and from hotel reception.
