💛 Still one of our favourite reviews to date. Thank you Ian, visiting from interstate and calling our dinner the best you'd had in a long time is about as good as it gets. The beef brisket pasta and homemade lasagne will be blushing. 🍝

Before online bookings, digital confirmations and e-tickets, a stay at Karribank looked a little different. ✉️

Guests corresponded by post, with letters used to arrange their visits and stamps also playing a part in the tickets and travel of the time. What now takes a few clicks once involved handwritten correspondence, physical tickets and a little more patience.

Saturday 26 September to Sunday 11 October, and the Great Southern turns into one big gallery: more than 500 artists opening home studios, galleries and pop-ups from Pemberton right through to Bremer Bay.
