The main residence comprises 4 queen bedrooms, large stunning kitchen/dining area, family room, lounge room, office/study, three bathrooms and laundry. The smaller residence comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 double, large open plan kitchen/dining/family area , 2 bathrooms and laundry. Both residences feature wrap around verandas & rotundas which take complete advantage of Mowbray's fantastic climate & breathtaking scenery. The residences are beautifully designed to make the most of the magnificent views from every room. The main residence has a large resort style pool with waterfalls, sun lounges, outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
