Our locally curated hamper comes with seasonal fruit, fresh muffins, Mungalli yoghurt and Port Douglas granola . Enough to get the first couple of mornings started without going anywhere.

A family holiday where everyone still gets their own space. 🌴

Multiple bedrooms with ensuites, a full kitchen, laundry, and living areas big enough that nobody is on top of anyone. Grandparents can have a slow morning, the kids can be in the pool, and everyone still ends up at the same table for dinner.

The afternoon is the best part of the day here.

Back from the reef or the rainforest with nothing on until dinner. A long shower, the spa running, lunch on the terrace, and the pool to yourself because everyone else is still out.

Every Coconut Grove apartment has a spa bath, and selected apartments have a private plunge pool.

September, October and November are the months we would pick. 🌊

Warm without the humidity, very little rain, the water open before the nets go up, and the reef about as clear as it gets.

It is also the quietest stretch of the year in town, which is the part nobody advertises.

Port Douglas is small enough to walk and big enough to keep you busy.

Rainforest at one end, reef at the other, a main street with more good restaurants than a town this size should have, and markets on a Sunday.

Most of it sits within a few minutes of our front door.
