As we move into Spring and beyond we are looking for an extra set of hands in our busy little kitchen.
We are a very small team at the Merrijig, working closely together to cook food with energy & soul using wonderful local & seasonal produce that the South-west is famous for.
We run a daily changing menu with lots of variety & input.
We are into classic country cookery, using old-school approaches, like baking, roasting, preserving, cooking with fire & presenting this at the table with carefully sourced w**e & warm hospitality.

If you would enjoy working in a busy, focused, supportive environment with a ‘teaching’ chef - we’d love to chat.

This is a full-time role:
We require:
-experience in a commercial kitchen
- love of good, heartfelt cookery
- available Friday to Monday nights
- we pay well, eat and drink together
- 4 weeks paid leave, plus a Christmas break
- full working rights.
