Constructed in 1847, the hotel incorporates modern comforts and period features. Situated in the charming coastal town of Port Fairy, The Stag Inn was built in 1847 by Captain John Saunders. Over the years the Stag Inn has served several functions: an assembly room for the borough, temperance boarding house, boarding school and guest house. Now known as Seacombe House, we accommodate a range of g

The original ball room has been restored to capture some of the flavour of well-to-do social life of the Victorian era. It is known as the Bolderwood Room these days, and provides conference facilities in an attractive period setting.
