We stopped by Elparra House today to inspect the beautiful Blackbutt timber screens. Waterside Living Jarrad Mascord

The form now replicating the design and 3D modelling technology, we used to refine the proportions and find a balance within the building lines. The angle of the blade screens were considered, to allow the morning sun to sneak through and maintain the view lines towards the ocean.

We are thrilled to receive the Development Application Approval for this challenging alterations and additions, in only four weeks!! Great job by PMHC, getting a quick turn around.

Located in the Lighthouse beach area, this property is classified as bushfire level (FZ) Flame Zone. Strategic planning allowed for a portion of this building to act as a fire shield therefore minimising the overall rating on the rest of the dwelling.
