We started our farm stay
in 2020, inspired by the stunning surroundings of our location. We are surrounded by orchards, vineyards, granite outcrops, and native wildlife. We enjoy the cooler temperature and the proximity to Brisbane, which is only a two-hour drive away. Our farm stay offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy the natural wonders, the friendly animals, and the abundant birdlife. You can stay in our beautifully renovated workers cottage, which has a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a lounge and dining area, a wood heating fireplace, a fully enclosed back courtyard, a fire pit, a barbecue, and free wi-fi. The cottage is dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along. One of the highlights of our farm stay is the opportunity to interact with our animals. We have a pony, alpacas, and goats that love to meet new people. You can feed them, pet them, and learn more about them from us. We also have a large paddock and two dams where you can let your dogs run and swim freely. There are plenty of activities and experiences to enjoy during your stay. You can visit Donnellys Castle, a spectacular rock formation that is only a short walk from our farm. You can explore our 40 acres of unique landscape, where you might spot kangaroos, wallabies, and other native animals. You can also go bird watching and admire the variety of species that live in our area. If you want to venture out, you can discover the local attractions, landmarks, and activities that are nearby. You can visit the orchards and vineyards that produce delicious fruits and wines. You can drive to Stanthorpe, a charming town that is only 15 minutes away, where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, and galleries. You can also check out the local events and festivals that celebrate the seasons and the culture of the Granite Belt region.
