It is with some regret but also deep gratitude that we are announcing the closure of Gingerbaby Restaurant on Sunday 24 May. While we’ve faced many challenges throughout our 10 year tenure the memories, friendships and loyal following of our customer base is the legacy we’ve been gifted.
We thank our wonderful staff and talented Head Chef Dylan for your commitment and dedication and wish you all the very best for your future endeavours!

We’d love to see you one more time before we close the doors to celebrate the adventure we embarked upon as ‘Circa 1902’ back in 2016.

The accommodation arm of our enterprise will continue as normal until such time as the business sells, so we are not disappearing completely!

Stepping away from a career in Education at Geelong College they took on the challenge of a new adventure
