✨ From tired BBQ area to modern outdoor kitchen space! 👀✨

After recently upgrading one of our BBQ areas into a fully equipped camp kitchen, we decided our second BBQ area deserved some love too!

What was once a tired brick BBQ area has been transformed into a fresh, modern space for our guests to enjoy. 👏

The makeover included:
✔️ Rendering and repainting the BBQ surrounds
✔️ Fresh paint throughout the entire structure
✔️ New bar fridge for guest use
✔️ Microwave, kettle and toaster
✔️ New windbreak panels for added comfort
✔️ Refreshed seating and presentation
✔️ New herb garden for guests to enjoy while cooking

The result is a bright, functional space perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply relaxing with family and friends during your stay.

We recently took to the skies with Rainbow Beach Helicopters and were treated to some absolutely spectacular views of Rainbow Beach Holiday Village and the stunning coastline that surrounds us. 😍

From above, you can truly appreciate the beauty of our beachfront location, the crystal-clear waters, golden sands, and the breathtaking scenery that makes Rainbow Beach one of Queensland's hidden gems. 🏖️✨

These aerial photos give a whole new perspective of our beautiful park and the incredible destination we're lucky enough to call home. ❤️

If you're visiting Rainbow Beach, we highly recommend adding a helicopter flight to your bucket list—it’s an experience you'll never forget!

# # # 🚧 The Beachfront Upgrade Has Begun! 🌴

The machinery is on site, the trenches are open, and work is now officially underway on our beachfront site upgrade project! 👷‍♂️⚡💧

Over the coming days, our team and contractors will be busy replacing underground plumbing and electrical services, installing new power heads, improving drainage, and preparing the sites for fresh turf and fill.

While the works may look a little messy right now, it's all part of creating safer, more reliable and better-equipped beachfront sites for our guests to enjoy in the future. 🌊🏕️

A big thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during this project. We're excited to watch the transformation take shape and will keep you updated on the progress along the way.

# # # 🚧 Big Improvements Are Underway at Rainbow Beach Holiday Village! 🌴

If you’ve been following our recent park upgrades, you’ll know that earlier this year we removed a number of trees along our beachfront sites. Unfortunately, the root systems had begun impacting underground plumbing and electrical services, creating trip hazards and causing damage to slabs and infrastructure.

Next week we move into the next exciting stage of the project! 👷‍♂️⚡💧

Our team and contractors will be carrying out a major upgrade of the beachfront sites, including:
✔️ Replacement of underground electrical and plumbing services
✔️ Installation of new power heads
✔️ Site levelling and filling
✔️ New turf to freshen up the beachfront area
✔️ Additional drainage pits to improve water flow during heavy rain events

To allow these works to be completed safely and efficiently, most of the park will be closed during the week.

Please be aware there will be increased noise from machinery and construction works while the upgrades are underway. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we continue investing in improvements to make your future stays even better.

Our camp kitchen upgrade is officially complete and ready for guests to enjoy! 🙌

This is more than just a BBQ area — we’ve created a fully equipped camp kitchen designed to make holiday cooking easy, comfortable and convenient while you relax at beautiful Rainbow Beach. 🌴

Our new space now includes:
🔥 2 hot plate BBQ with extra bench space
🍳 Small oven & hot plates
🥘 Microwave
☕ Kettle & toaster
❄️ Guest fridge
🚰 Large sink & prep areas
🪴 Fresh herbs available for guests to use while cooking

Whether you’re cooking up a family breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner after a day exploring the region, our new camp kitchen has everything you need. 😊
