Upper Ross Hotel is looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get involved in the day-to-day running of the venue and can lead from the front. This is a very hands-on role, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage service, team leadership and delivering a great experience for our customers.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong Food & Beverage experience
* Previous hospitality management/supervisory experience
* Confident leading and supporting a team
* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to work across day and night shifts, including weekends

Required Qualifications:

* QLD RSA
* QLD RSG
* RMLV Certificate
* QLD Approved Manager’s Licence
