Hunter Oasis offers a variety of accommodation from our motel rooms which were built in 2006 and bathroom renovations in October 2021. All rooms are equipped with basic breakfast facilities including a toaster, plates, cutlery, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. The motel also offers a full-size kitchen to make meals. There are full cooking facilities with full size stove and oven, microwave, crockery, pots and pans as well as a full-size fridge and freezer. There is also a BBQ area off the kitchen that can be used by all guests. Two Bedroom Villas
For larger families or groups, we offer two-bedroom villas built in 2018. Each villa has a room with queen bed and a room with two king singles. There is an additional single sofa bed in the lounge area. The Two Bedroom Villa can sleep up to 5 people. Each Villa also features a full-size kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, and dining area. There is a lounge area as well as a private deck with seating to enjoy some al fresco outdoor entertaining. The ensuite is quite large with a walk-in rainfall shower. All Villas have centralised ducted air-conditioning\heating. Luxury Villa
For a more romantic and luxurious getaway we also offer a One-bedroom luxury villa built in 2018. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as an additional single sofa in the lounge. The Luxury villa can sleep up to 3 people. The Luxury Villa also features a full-size kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, and dining area. The ensuite is quite large with a walk-in rainfall shower and a separate corner spa bath whirlpool bath. The Guest House
For larger groups and families, we also offer a five-bedroom guest house, built in 2018. The guest house has 5 generous bedrooms - 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 3 on the other. Each bedroom has the following bedding. (Please note 2 singles can zip to a king size bed)

Outdoor Fitness Area
Hunter Oasis has an outdoor fitness center that is accessible to all guests during your stay, located at the back of the property it is a sure-fire way to stay fit whilst indulging on the fine foods and wine the Hunter Valley has to offer. Parking
Hunter Oasis has off-street parking to suit all needs. All motel rooms have an undercover car space. The villas offer direct parking out the front, with two spaces under a carport. We have 2 large car parks that can easily accommodate larger vehicles, from trucks, buses, boats, and larger vehicles. There is enough parking to suit all needs. Pets
Hunter Oasis is not pet friendly, however when next making a booking we have a lovely lady who can pet sit, she will even pick and drop your pet off from the dog park just a few hundred meters away on Morpeth Rd.
