Built about 15 years ago from specially selected Tasmanian Sandstone, the house nestled in a very private and sheltered garden in this 20 acres sanctuary, combining a superb living environment with view of the entire vineyard surrounded by blooming flowers and exotic plants. This beautiful house

sits in a sheltered valley with beautiful outlooks of the grape vines and surrounding countryside, in a peaceful and private location. The garden surrounding the house has matured and is well complemented with vegetable gardens and selection of fruit trees. This luxury holiday home consist of four bedrooms suitable for big family, friends, kids or couples with two separate quarters for entertaining, lounging, dining and can cater up to 14 guests. The living areas includes TVs with Foxtel, JBL docking system, a fireplace, and free wifi. Board games are also available that also includes books for your reading pleasure. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine, and a big breakfast counter area. The front yard has a fabulous view of the vineyard where you can sit and enjoy the view and at the back yard a wonderful garden with a BBQ and dining area. The vineyard produces mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and with a small section of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine production is managed by Fenian Wines and wine tasting weekend is open to public every first weekend of the month. The small cozy cellar door is tucked away from the house and nestled in among the gum trees near the entrance of the property. All wine tasting are done at this part of the property.
