Richmond Club, corner of East Market and Francis streets, Richmond, is declared a neighbourhood safer place during these bushfire emergencies.

🍲 Richmond Club can offer displaced residents a free members meal + drinks tea/coffee. Please bring ID with proof of residency to reception.

🚨Our Wanderest Travellers Park for caravans opposite the club in Francis Street (corner Bensons Lane) is open for displaced or evacuating Hawkesbury residents with caravans. Limited loan caravans generously provided by A-One Caravan Repairs Londonderry are available on a case-by-case basis.

Neighbourhood Safer Places are to be used when all other options in your bush fire survival plan can't be put into action safely.

A Neighbourhood Safer Place is designed as a Place of Last Resort in bush fire emergencies only. Please note that travelling to or sheltering at a Neighbourhood Safer Place does not guarantee your safety.

Please note we have not as yet been declared a bushfire evacuation centre, however if this changes, we will advise ASAP.
