From the beginning, we wanted Aquila to work with the land, not against it. 🌿

Our pods run on off-grid solar with battery storage, and we’ve used recycled timber, upcycled materials and native plants throughout the property.

Even the little details reflect what we care about, from local woodwork and sculptures to our rescued parrots and gardens.

Since opening, our solar system has helped reduce carbon emissions by around 15.5 tonnes, equivalent to planting approximately 1,247 trees. 🌱

Aquila is a reflection of our love for nature, creativity and sustainability. And honestly, we still pinch ourselves sometimes.
