Here are the facts they don't want you to share:

The beer excise has gone up 84 times since 1983.
Twice a year. Every year. Without a single vote from you.

🔴 3RD HIGHEST IN THE WORLD.
Australia is the 3rd highest taxed beer nation on the planet.
Behind only Norway and Finland.
We pay 30% MORE tax on beer than the British do.

🔴 $8 BILLION A YEAR.
That's what the government collects in beer and spirits excise every year.
Yet over a dozen outback QLD pubs are on the market right now.
Three-generation family pubs. Walking away.

🔴 DOUBLE THE TAX OF WINE.
Beer drinkers pay DOUBLE the tax per standard drink compared to wine.
EIGHT TIMES the rate of cask wine.
Same government. Different rules. Why?

🔴 48% OF INDEPENDENT BREWERIES
can't turn a profit. Not because they're badly run.
Because the tax system is stacked against them.
47 breweries closed or entered administration since January 2023.

🔴 21% OF EVERY SIX PACK IS TAX.
Before it even hits the fridge.
Before the pub adds its margin.
