Held in Echuca (Vic) from Sunday 17th May -Tuesday 19th May, our 2026 National Judging School will offer an engaging program of education, practical assessment, and networking opportunities for all attendees.

Our next club catch up is TODAY

11.00am at the Rushton Families, Benlock Jerseys. The address is 79 Brooks Road, Fairy Dell. (Rochester)

Rushton’s have recently transitioned to Lely robotic milkers and we will be able to see them in operation and hear from Andrew and Bryan about the reasons behind the changes to their business.
There will also be the opportunity to look over the herd.

We will also be having a short meeting.

Please BYO chair and lunch.

Our members are saddened by the passing of Albert. His contribution to the Jersey breed and the dairy industry throughout his life have been many.
The Edi herd was indeed a breed leader and influenced many herds throughout Australia.
While Agri-Gene provided genetics to the Australian industry from around the world.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

With deep sadness we announce the passing of our founding father and patriarch Albert McIlroy.

40 years ago Albert built Agri-Gene with a genuine commitment to helping farmers and the wider agriculture community.

We are grateful for the support and kind messages received during this time.

Albert’s legacy will continue in the work he championed and the people he influenced throughout his life.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Wrapping up the day at Brookbora, thanks to everyone who came along today which is always a highlight on our clubs calendar and a great social day!

Massive thanks to Pat and Todd for organising the day, and the farms for putting the heifers out to be looked at in such good order! Once again thanks WWS for sponsoring lunch!
