We're a busy caravan park in Melbourne's outer west suburb of Rockbank. We are mainly residential, but do also have tourist sites and tourist cabins.

We require a live-in couple to work alongside and support our existing Park Managers.

You need to work well in a team, be prepared to get your hands dirty, and be willing to give any task a go.

We operate on a fortnight roster.

Person 1 (10 days/fortnight) will mainly be in charge of Groundsman duties, and will work 10 days on, 4 days off (starting on a Wed). Duties will include, but not limited to: lawn mowing, bush/tree trimming, whipper snipping, pool care, rubbish collection, cleaning, and general maintenance duties. Basic maintenance and cleaning of park equipment will also be required.

Person 2 (4 days/fortnight) will work in the Office, and this will be 4 days on, 10 days off (starting on a Sat). You will need a happy disposition with good customer service skills. Duties will include, but not limited to: answering phone, checking people in/out, banking and end of day procedures, as well as general office duties. Computer skills,as well as the ability to work with money/numbers, is essential. On your four days in the office, both yourself and Person 1 will be on duty 24/7 and be responsible for the park. This will include after hours duties as required.

Option: This job can also include cleaning duties if u like. This would be approx. 3 days (10.5) hrs/week. Additional remuneration below.

You need to be a friendly couple capable of working in a team environment as well as being autonomous. On the Managers days off you will be required to perform all the necessary tasks.

Previous caravan park experience is not necessary. All you need is the right attributes and a preparedness to roll your sleeves up...

It is important that you are happy to live and work in a residential caravan park, have good people management skills, a strong work ethic and are fit and healthy.


Accommodation supplied is a park cabin suitable for couple only. Utilites included.

Person 2: Gross wage $21,840.00 ($37,440 with cleaning option) + Accommodation + Super
