Motel Receptionist – Casual
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Villa Capri Motel
The role will require attention to detail, excellent computer skills, ability to multi task, high level of customer service, a positive attitude, the ability to show initiative and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year Reception experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries.
• Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
• Reception duties including check-in, check-out.
• Managing corporate accounts
• Responding to email and online enquiries
• Supporting the day to day operation of the motel
An Advantage:
• Guest Point – Operating system experience
• Previous Motel Reception experience
• RSA
Hours of Work:
Days, Afternoons and Weekends (approx. 7 hour shifts)
