At 15 (almost 16), Noah has already built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service every shift. Friendly, approachable, hardworking, and always willing to help, he’s a fantastic example of the standard our junior team sets each day. While customers (and even our group CEO) often joke that he looks about 12, the professionalism and maturity he brings to the role are well beyond his years.

Noah is the perfect reflection of the culture our junior team members have created. Their attitude, effort, and commitment to great hospitality are a big reason we’re becoming known for our service and standards.
