Two Red-Tailed Black Cockatoos, and you would barely know they were the same bird. 🖤

The male wears solid black with deep red tail panels. The female is dusted with yellow spots and fine barring, her tail a softer orange. Once you know, you cannot unsee it. ❤️

Both call this forest home.

Our forest is bursting into bloom 🌸 with wonderful wildflowers popping up everywhere 🌼
We have now sighted some many amazing Orchids including the my favourite the beautiful Bird Orchid, Pink Fairy Orchids, Jug Orchids, loads of Snail Orchids, Mosquito Orchids, Green Hooded Orchids plus many many more other stunning wildflowers 😍

It's looking like we are going to have another fabulous wildflower show and season here in our forest 🌳

Father's Day is Sunday week, and some dads have enough socks. 🥰 Give him a slow weekend instead. A wood fire he doesn't have to build, a hot tub under the trees, a forest full of birdsong, and nowhere he needs to be.
