The Emergency Response teams at Dugald River have been in training to develop their skills in rope rescue.

The teams were set a scenario called a low angle rope rescue. This type of rescue is needed to access a steep incline shallow ledge, especially when ground conditions are difficult, unstable, uneven or slippery.

It was great to see the teams work together and learn from each other. Well done to everyone who participated.
