RoomWithaView is a one bedroom bed & breakfast that offers resort style self contained accommodation which is situated below Brady's Lookout on the West Tamar at Rosevears. Located on the famous Tasmanian wine route, RoomWithaView is surrounded by award winning vineyards and the historical Rosevears Tavern is only a short stroll along the riverbank. Take in stunning panoramic views of historical Windermere on the eastern bank of the Tamar River and surrounding farmland with Mount Arthur in the distance.

The accommodation is modern with no expense spared when it comes to comfort. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and spacious ensuite. Lay back in the lounge room in luxurious electric leather recliners while watching the large screen tv with a selection of Blu ray/DVDs to choose from in the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning.

RoomWithaView offers a continental style breakfast consisting of a range of cereals, toast, orange juice, tea, coffee and seasonal fruits which can all be enjoyed in the room, on the sundeck or in the conservatory. For those who enjoy cooking their own breakfast/lunch/dinner there are barbecue facilities available on the sundeck. The kitchenette boasts a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and bar fridge for your convenience.
