Second-generation winemaker Jo Irvine grew up in the winery alongside her father, developing a passion for winemaking from an early age. After six vintages in the Barossa Valley and California, she launched Lévrier Wines in 2017. Named after the French word for greyhound, Lévrier reflects Jo’s love of exceptional wines and her long standing passion for retired greyhounds as pets.

Pizza is on pause, but dinner is still on!

Unfortunately, Mother Nature didn't get the memo about tonight’s Poolside Pizza Night, so we have to cancel this evening's outdoor session.

The good news is you can still stay warm and dry with us inside! The Cellar Kitchen will be open from 3:00pm today for cosy afternoon bar snacks and drinks (happy hour from 3-5pm), with the full dinner menu kicking off from 6:00pm.

Cross your fingers for clearer skies for our next Pizza Night to be held on Friday, 12 June.
