We had the wonderful Berowra BNT Riders stay with us last night as they completed stage 7 of riding the Bicentennial National Trail. That’s 5500km from Cape Town, QLD to Hillsville, Vic! Our glutes are sore just thinking about it!

The guys are raising money to support Kids with Cancer. (Link below). Best of luck, guys! Wishing you tail winds and cold b**r.
