The team at Quest Sale are currently recruiting for a casual receptionist. A typical roster would see 4-5 shifts per fortnight, 28-35 hours per fortnight approximately. We are open 7 days a week so flexibility is a must.
Involves all aspects of front office reception, including delivering effortless guest experiences, providing friendly, personalized customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
Highly suited to a recent school leaver studying remotely/self paced.
