Can anyone try and explain to me why the hell that since Xmas eve I am getting little or NO internet service in Scamander. I do however am able to get internet on my phone when I travel to St Helens. I have spoken to Telstra 5 times, yes 5 times, since Xmas eve and have followed all their suggestions but to no avail. I am advised that they will contact me again when their technicians have returned from holidays….my business relies heavily on emails, messages and Facebook. Damn lucky I am currently on fb to vent my total frustration. I have tried to relocate my SIM cards to another phone but again, little or NO internet.
Apart from changing internet provider or buying a new phone does anyone have any other suggestions?
